Founder, Michael Magana, has over 20 years experience in Houston and surrounding areas in order to provide the best quality service for his clients to maximize value and satisfaction. Honesty and a straightforward approach to real estate has been the ethos by which Michael has served his community. Magana Estates works by the philosophy that every estate is unique and requires its own specific approach.

Since 1994, Michael has been providing a multitude of services to buyers, sellers and owners in many of Houston’s greatest neighborhoods; River Oaks, West University, Bellaire, Afton Oaks Tanglewood, Memorial, Hunters Creek, Piney Point, Hedwig, Spring Valley, Hilshire, Briargrove Park, Frostwood, Wilchester, Westheimer/Westchace District, Energy-Corridor, Katy, Cinco Ranch, First Colony, Sugar Land, Cypress, Northwest/290, FM 1960/Champions, Kingwood, and The Woodlands to name a few. Michael averages 20 to 30 houses a year focusing on residential.  Ninety five percent of all Micheal's business is referral and recurring clients. Michael specializes in dealing with various difficulties;  properties, situations, contingencies.

ORIGINATED AND RAN AN ANNUAL CHARITY GOLF TOURNAMENT FOR 8 YEARS WHEN WITH KARPAS PROPERTIES, which RAISED CLOSE TO $100,000 DURING THAT PERIOD FOR LOCAL CHARITIES.
